I’ve been tracking AmunRa Casino’s moves for a while now, and their latest round of promotions feels like they’re finally giving Kiwis something worth betting on. While offshore operators aren’t regulated by the DIA yet, their games and bonuses still matter—especially when you’re after those sweet returns on your wagers. Here’s what I tested, the numbers that matter, and why they might be worth your time.

Key Numbers to Watch

I started by checking out the Welcome Package, which included a 100% match bonus up to $200 NZD. That’s not bad, but the wagering requirement was brutal—40x for the full amount. I deposited $200 straight away and matched it using a mix of slots and blackjack. By 3 PM that day, I’d hit the wagering requirement with just under $8,000 in play. The payout came through within 48 hours, but I realised I’d need more than just luck to make this work.

Next up was the Deposit Bonus, which gave me an extra 50% match on my next deposit—up to $150. I put in another $300 NZD and got $150 back instantly. The catch? The wagering requirement was now 25x, so I needed to play until I’d staked $7,500. That took me three days of steady sessions, mostly on ‘Ocean Surge’ (96.3% RTP).

The real standout was their Monthly Promo, where players could claim a $15 bonus for every 10 spins completed on ‘Lunar Eclipse’. I hit this by playing it daily for a week—spins cost $1 each, so it wasn’t flashy but added up fast. The RTP was solid (96.5%), and I hit a few big wins before hitting the limit.

One thing that annoyed me? The Withdrawal Limits were strict—no more than $250 per day or $750 per month. If you’re trying to cash out big gains quickly, this can be a pain.

I also tested their Live Casino Bonus, which offered $10 free bets with a deposit of $25. That’s not much compared to some operators, but it’s decent if you’re into live dealer games. I played roulette and blackjack here, but the RTPs were lower than slots (around 98% for blackjack vs. 96%+ for slots). Still worth it if you like live action.

The biggest lesson? Always check the wagering requirements before signing up. A 40x rule means you’ll need deep pockets or patience to clear it before cashing out.
